The vetting process is pretty basic for the SMB Account Management team. The leader of the team has less sales experience than most BDR's so he is just looking for someone who appears to be driven and a team player. Mention those two things and how you are driven by metrics and you should be good.

This guy will not ask you ANY questions about sales strategy etc., as he truly doesn't know sales strategy himself,
