Mr. Cooper is a great overall company to work for. However, they have a lot of micro mangers and the lead flow has suffered drastically lately. Causing a lot of stress between management and sales agents.

Great company, family owned and small so little room to move up, but work from home and very chill.

The company culture changed drastically from end of 2021 to end of 2023. Much more cutthroat, much less work life balance. The pay is pretty good and there are still two days a week at home.
