Went from good to bad to even worse. Poor leadership, major inequities that leadership refuses to address despite being brought up my multiple employees, illogical decisions that have hurt both employees and customers, changes in promotion criteria right before performance reviews, they constantly moving the goal post further and further away, no longer opportunity for growth, low sales morale.
