What are the targets and why are they so unachievable?

Interested in a APAC based role. There seems to be a lot of reviews about not receiving pay on time as well as discrepancies in commissions. Can anyone shed some light on whether there has been any improvement/changes to this. Can’t say I’ve ever seen such reviews in repvue.

I have an interview for UK AE role, can anyone share how the current team is performing? How much of your closed and won deals were outbound and inbound? What the most common sold product? Whats the monthly or quarterly target? Is now a good time to join?
