The company struggles with giving baked solutions for reps to sell. In other words there is a huge push to sell solutions that aren't ready to be deployed.

Corporate culture is not great, leadership won't set a strategy frustrating customers and leaving you with very limited options of what to sell. The quotas set you up to fail.

NCR VOYIX is a product suite. DI is a below average digital banking product, Terafina is a leading account opening product. Merging the cultures has been rough, and leadership is struggling.
