Current Employee Great products and very large portfolio that we can sell to customers and prospects. One big pain point is that since NICE is a very large company it’s hard to get things done without multiple connections in various departments. NICE is also often the most expensive compared to competition. Commission payments can be very confusing and the auditing process on upsells is very hard to predict when it comes to forecasting.
