My overall experience was great. Strong support, many resources, very hard to lose alone, sell a lot-make a lot compensation. Very good management-proactive, high level of communications, Saleforce is where everything lives. It is a sales machine, but a powerful machine that can and does burn you out.

Management is completely out of touch with reality of the market, with a "fear first" mentality even tenured reps of 10 years + are constantly hounded and berated in front of colleagues during weekly sales meetings. I would avoid it like the plague
