Our sales leadership at the VP and SVP levels fosters a toxic and ethically questionable environment. Decision-making is driven by favoritism and self-interest rather than merit or strategy. Integrity takes a backseat to personal gain, creating a culture of fear, manipulation, and dishonesty. This dysfunction stifles innovation, demotivates high performers, and undermines long-term success. Without accountability and ethical leadership, the organization risks continued instability and attrition.
