A terrible experience. No path to success for a new rep joining this org. Culture is terrible and leadership is toxic.

Leadership has sucked out all of the innovation from the company in the name of adding meaningless red tape to every decision that needs to be made. On top of that, the SE manager is super cutthroat and very eager to take credit for his team's work without lifting a finger to help himself.
