Concept is great, but impossible to make actually money. Minimal people hitting quota and the ones that do hit have been there for years. Being fed heavily as things would circle back around months after or they would get deals handed to them from reps that had left. Mainly the latter. Sales cycle for mid market to enterprise deals you are looking at minimum 9 months. Young leadership all around making things difficult as for many, it is their first actual big time job.

Hard to find this combination of product market fit with really experienced leaders. Culture is incredible. Selling into HR is more challenging and times and easy in some quarters. A little longer sales cycles sometimes. Accelerators are kind of crazy with retro on all revenue at 20% once you hit furthest accelerators.
