Really great people. They care about their employees. If you care about the problem they are trying to solve, you’ll love working at Nectar. Over the last 12 months, they’ve really established their identity as a great SMB/MM/ Lower ENT tool. Sales cycles can be a little difficult due to selling into the HR Space. Buyers have little to no authority within their organization and rarely champion the tool. Otherwise, the executive team really want you to succeed at Nectar.

Concept is great, but impossible to make actually money. Minimal people hitting quota and the ones that do hit have been there for years. Being fed heavily as things would circle back around months after or they would get deals handed to them from reps that had left. Mainly the latter.
