Current Employee Neon offers a very flexible work environment that allows for a strong work/life balance. The environment is low stress for a SaaS company as well. Most leads are inbound and the clients are amazing to work with. While the pay is low for the industry it is in line with the workload and cost of the product.
The issue any potential team member should be aware of is that all leadership and enablement have a short history with the company and came from outside the industry. They are unfamiliar with the product and our clients. This leads to unrealistic goals and an onboarding program that has been unsuccessful at ramping up new reps.
