The culture here is unmatched. The onboarding process is designed to set you up for success and give you a great understanding of the platform prior to meeting with any customers. Neon is a great place to begin your tech sales career. The product is a need-to-have and the company spends a lot on marketing. Since the sales team is mediocre, you'll be able to stand out easily and get promoted to AE (referred to as TSMs internally) easily.
