New management is a good ole boys club. Poor sales leadership, they think if you are from pure storage you are the best. The solutions are sound and the direction is great for NetApp. Need more at bats in enterprise.

Alright, no opportunities to move past SDR. Constant layoffs, and all hiring happens outside of NetApp from other storage companies.
