Great company when I joined. Market got increasingly saturated during my 3 years and things started to get tough for Enterprise. Founders are smart and good people.

My overall experience at Netlify was neither good nor bad. As the team continues to change due to RIF’s and restructuring I’d love to see things turn around for the BDR org.

My overall experience was positive when I first started, however the company has rarely delivered on advancement and compensation promises. There is also a gender-based compensation gap and all employees based outside of US roles are underpaid.
