This role has been very good up until this past year. Now quotas are completely unachievable. Went up from last year despite less than 10% attainment. IC plans directly contradict company goals. Leadership is completely lost, disconnected from reality, and are condescending to reps on the ground floor even though they are most responsible for the challenges the company faces today. Culture is miserable because no one is selling, making money, and/or is worried about losing their job...literally everyone. Customers are largely frustrated with the company because new logos have been so few the past couple years that the org has to continue to upsell further into the same existing customers. Lot of daily admin tasks required that is just busy work to appease leadership with no real results.
