My overall experience is mixed… Great company with a great product, but some senior manager leaders are biased and have their favorites. The culture is to younger people and once you’re over 45 you might as well start looking for another company..

My overall experience was that depending on when you start in the fiscal year, that will determine the quality of your book of business. NetSuite customers have their guard up when you go to upsell / cross-sell them since they're used to having discounts and those discounts getting stripped away upon renewal.
