The market is oversaturated for BDRs, leads a difficult to come by and it’s hard to manage teams when they are struggling to even prospect. Decisions are made without insight into what is happening on the ground level. Attrition at the BDR and AE level are atrocious due to the lack of opportunity in certain segments. Unless you are cheating or working without integrity, you’re struggling to survive.
