Targets keep increasing 30% every year with a smaller territory. Lot of new reps joined over last 12 months and lot of new sales policy came in effect. I doubt even 20% will hit target next year. I foresee lot of experienced and good sales rep leaving in next 12 months. Already lot of experienced AMs left in last 12 months due to too many changes.

Culture has shifted a bit towards Oracles shareholder needs which will impact customer satisfaction and long term success for Oracle employees. This culture will phase out employees.
