Mixed feelings - the people and the product are great. Across the board base pay and compensation is not, and working at such a large company it is made clear how expendable you are, even if you do well. I don’t think the company does a good job of showing their employees they care about them. If you hit your numbers you can make solid money, thing is typically less than 10% of people hit quota. While I have had a good overall experience at the company, in all honestly I would not recommend it to others. You can make more money elsewhere at a company that cares more about their employees
