Good company, great training, great product. However they have hired too many direct reps, it has become increasingly harder and harder to find good leads, especially for new hires. This is a completely outbound role, inbounds are not common and typically aren’t very good either.

Overall my experience has not been bad. Training was beneficial but was restructured recently. This in addition to company restructuring and recent layoffs have led to uncertainty within the company and a lack of confidence for some SDR's. I have been successful thus far and look to build my tenure here, but the future remains somewhat uncertain.
