Current Employee Working here has been super stressful. Promised uncapped quotas but have been capped at quota every quarter. (coming from a rep that has cleared attainment every time) because it is based off company attainment. Top performers are top because they are bending the rules. Path to promotion is constantly changing and unclear. Do not get me started on the poor performance of executives in the next position due to the poor product market in the emerging space. BDRs usually end up clearing higher on their W2s than reps in emerging.
