I am still in seat - this company is great for top performers and terrible for bottom. If you are in the middle you can get comfy and just coast which depending on your role can be good or bad or annoying. Overall great company, would recommend!

Although the product is great, it's extremely tough to walk in here and sell coming from outside the org. There's so much to learn, and alot of it is tribal knowledge. Also, people in your role are in no hurry to help you, because your territory is saturated and they view you as competition.

Comp is split 70/30 base/variable for solution consultants at NetSuite. There are no individual quotas. Attainment is based on overall business unit performance. Attainment was regularly 100% up until the last couple years, which have been ~70-80%.
