It was a great place to start my sales career as the training was amazing and the people are great. I do think the targets are a bit unrealistic and it can be a bit frat boy type. I also think that sometimes the managers could try to develop us more rather than just try to hype us to get to our number.

You get out what you put into this role. There is excellent resources to learn from and leverage throughout the process. However, the promotional structure is super whack. Political, poorly thought out, poorly executed.

There have been no pay increases for a long time and over the last 18 months have increased our targets so much that they’re almost impossible to hit and you now receive less commission because of this. The best thing about the job is the people, everyone is friendly and always willing to help
