Management and Culture are two things that you only get the hype about if you start here the day after college. Its culty, cliquey, unprofessional and lacks transparency. However, they really do pour into you when you go through their sales training program and they do set you up with the tools to succeed anywhere.

Overall experience was positive, but there is much much better out there. The bad part is quota is extremely unrealistic and less than 5% of reps hit. But on the flip side, there really isn’t an expectation to hit quota and it is hard to get fired/put on a pip.

Ship has been rapidly sinking over past year. All deals are forced price increases. Actually selling new products is now impossible due to every customer hating Oracle due to completely unethical and predatory sales tactics.
