Typical "what have you done for me lately" sales environment. Not much human interaction or connection. Too big of an org for me, not much support. Training was terrible, not set up for succes.

But not all SQLs are the same - some are high quality opportunities, some are begging CFOs to have the AE ring their cell, some are meetings that never occurred. All those are the same percent to quota. 30-40 SQLs needed per quarter. Leadership turns a blind eye to wrongdoers because they get paid on fake SQLs as well. Underperformers doing...Read More
