Current Employee Serious leadership issues that start with a lack of understanding of the role they so eagerly want to change. They hire inexperienced managers and throw them in a training ground heavily emphasizing activity metrics while grossly underpaying and hiring anyone willing to work here. Leadership continuously changes very significant portions of our day to day such as dealigning the whole SDR org from AEs to work in a “pool” while also changing the technology we use to an in house system that is clunky and is hated across the board. No one gets promoted. I would stay away from this role outside of college.
