I enjoyed my time at NetSuite, but it seemed like a sinking ship internally at the end. The monthly grind with no celebrations for wins was unfortunate. The product is great and has a strong market fit. But, you are basically just pushing compliance upsells to try your best to hit your number.

My overall experience has been great and there has been mainly opportunities for additional gained knowledge. Sales is very competitive and most recently 70% of our leads have to be self prospected by cold outreach leaning into support from our BDR org. 30% of the leads are inbound. Therefore, there is much more pressure on self sourcing leads now more than ever.

Ship has been rapidly sinking over past year. All deals are forced price increases. Actually selling new products is now impossible due to every customer hating Oracle due to completely unethical and predatory sales tactics.
