It is a solid culture and I enjoy coming into work but no one is hitting quota right now. More than half the org is at less than 30% YTD. Company has changed focus to retention but compensation structures do not reflect that.

Flexible PTO is gone and now we accrue it. they force you to use PTO for their ‘Winter break’ so you can expect a total of 9 actual PTO days accrued per year after being forced to spend PTO on the ‘winter break’

Horrible! Churn & Burn - completely unobtainable. There is no organization, often restructuring, people are hardly hitting their quota. People are prepared to leave at any moment. People have been fired because they do not live within the area - even though it is a remote job. Quote keeps getting higher yet harder to set meetings.
