Overall I sincerely enjoyed my time at NetSuite, but I know I was blessed with a great manager and a solid team. It helps to have a good account executive but you usually have to win them over with some successes early on. I found once i had a strong relationship with my account executive and consistently hit above daily metrics, it was an easy role to do well in as long as you put in the work.

Overall experience as a BDR was great, once getting promoted my manager did. It care for me and treated me different than others. cancelling 1-1s because he had other priorities, being passive aggressive, . The culture sucks

ERxperience wasn't terrible, just wasn't a fan of the commission structure. We used to have uncapped commissions and they took that away from us.
