Current Employee From a consumer perspective, the company is great, but rapid growth has led to a severe decline in internal operations and performance. Notably, compensation structures were significantly reduced without any clear communication, which was a major point of contention. Additionally, in the span of just one year, employees were required to use the over 8+ new "upgraded" software integrations, adding to the operational strain. My decision to leave stems from these expansion issues, poor communication, coupled with a noticeable decline in workplace performance. I learned valuable lessons during my time there and genuinely hope they continue to work things out to find even more success.
