Overall was negative. Pay is under industry standard, leads are miss or hit, generally lower tier. I also had one of our “realtor referral” partners send one of my loans to another company without consequence - I think that’s the one that finally broke me. I feel like companies should support their employees, not someone getting leads from us.

From a consumer perspective, the company is great, but rapid growth has led to a severe decline in internal operations and performance. Low base pay, small loan sizes, very micromanaged, lots of turnover here. The pay is not competitive and very high interest rate offerings/ discount points compared to the competition.
