This place is bad to work for. The sales leader has never been a sales person and only experience is working at Home Depot. They have next to zero inbound leads. In almost 2 years only a handful of people have ever made quota. Part of the reason is they take your sales and “move” then to other reps so they get your commissions and everyone seems balanced. Daily nearly hour long meetings during prime sales time on video so you can stare at each other while your manager…who sounds like “you cousin from Boston” ramble on about the latest Joe Rogan podcast and his supposedly hot wife. It’s a gross sexist environment.

In my experience with the company, it's a game of survivor. If you're new, can make enough calls and set enough meetings, and then hold on until someone leaves for greener pastures, you can inherit some large accounts based in your market.
