Would recommend leveraging that to go elsewhere after though as it’s a 49 hour work week and you work every other Saturday, not realistic for long term career. Management is great, lead flow is great, just prepared to work until 830pm every day and until 6pm on Friday’s and 5 hours on Saturday

Work them until they are completely burnt out which requiring them to recruits on LinkedIn to find their replacements.
