Former Employee The culture was strong for a long time, with great coworkers and solid work-life balance. There was a good amount of autonomy if you had a supportive direct manager. The company became more product-focused under a new CEO, which was a much-needed shift after a long period of stagnation. However, product challenges persisted, including high churn and increasing competition from free AI alternatives. Middle management often lacked alignment and could feel more like micromanagement than true support. Ultimately, I decided to pursue new opportunities as it became clear the direction of the company no longer aligned with my goals of being a part of a company with a strong product market fit.
