Leadership cares about everyone's individual success and comp plan is really fair and transparent. Most everyone hits their number and the company is fair with those who don't. Pressure can be high it times, but never too heavy handed. Not going anywhere anytime soon!

The culture is supportive, but this product is hard to sell, long sales cycle, and few prospects. The company is not on the cutting edge of tech and has some customer support issues.

I have been successful for several years at NextGen. However, things changed when NextGen went private (acquired by Thoma Bravo). Layoffs have impacted sales through lack of support and unhappy clients. Quotas went up by 20% after Thoma Bravo completed the acquisition. Clients are leaving NextGen at a higher rate than new client additions.
