Management is terrible. Products are failing. Customers leaving in droves and our Support is horrible. Since private equity bought us, it’s been a sh*tshow. Sinking ship.

Leadership cares about everyone's individual success and comp plan is really fair and transparent. Most everyone hits their number and the company is fair with those who don't. Pressure can be high it times, but never too heavy handed. Not going anywhere anytime soon!
