Horrendous place to work. They sell you on a bunch of nonsense and talk a good game but none of that comes into play. They are by far the worst company I’ve worked for

Churn and burn type of company. They changed the KPIs once they bought an auto dialer from 70 dials to minimum 150 dials a day. Advertised as hybrid but you have to earn your WFH days. it was a good entry job the culture was really good everyone was helpful and supportive even people unrelated to my team or management, and the free food and perks were nice. But the quota was too high and the accounts weren’t managed properly, lots of kinks to work out. Overall good experience and the company itself is growing like crazy so it’s a good name to have
