Current Employee My experience here is positive overall with some pains in growth as they are in hyper growth. Entry and mid management is not the best as stress is apparent with the growth. Role is more in-office than hybrid being 4 days a week. There are major changes every month . Some mandatory office days are given with little to no notice which some team members can struggle with, having families or other work-life balances in play. Diversity in cultures is apparent but leadership roles lack female heads. (Not one SDR manager is female). There is communication between leadership and SDRs on how things are moving and where they are heading. Being heard is a plus as things reach upper management, they are addressed.
