Overall, a good place to start your career in SaaS since the base comp is decent, but the work culture is absolutely not sustainable or reasonable. The turnover rate reflects that. Other than that, the company significantly lacks diversity in opinions, views, and perspectives, which creates a dangerous in-group thinking mindset.

Good colleagues and you will learn from those on your team but you learn nothing from management, no professional development, reps who attain quota work 75 hour weeks. There was one month when I worked there where 4 people of the 15+ reps got to quota.
