Hit hard by the economic difficulties of 2023. closed deals few and far between. Pretty severe mismanagement of headcount, hired a ton of people going into the year and laid many of them off in Q3 '23. The struggles aren't unique for the segment, but the way leadership handled it is very disappointing.

HR/Benefits/Total Rewards personas are very interested in Northstar. We had an amazing 2023 with new marquee clients and pipeline. With it being a slower year within tech companies we hit our numbers with the majority of our leads being outbound generated.
