Current Employee Overall, great product and a recent increase in strong sellers joining the organization. Shift to focusing on sales led growth, which has resulted in a tangibly positive shift in the sales culture. CRO & executive leadership could improve upon providing clearer direction, strategy, and thoughtful hiring. There is a general rigidity at the top and a lack of connection to those doing the work on the ground level.
