Former Employee The company has great product-market fit and field sales here would be a dream. However, the internal sales structure feels disorganized. The IAE role overlaps with SDR responsibilities but comes with a revenue quota and no ability to close deals, at the time I was there. Multiple teams (third-party SDRs, internal SDRs, IAEs, Field AEs) are all prospecting the same outdated list of 200 accounts, without being able to stray from that list.
