Excellent company to work for. The inbound lead issue was not always like this. They used to do very well in leads but after company restructure the lead quality went down. It may have improved after I left I'm not sure. The sales team, marketing team, channel partnership team, channel partners and technical personnel all work together. The sales environment is not a competition between sales reps instead it's more a competition with targets amongst territories which made the sales teams bond much more.

Not an enterprise grade company. Leadership doesn't know what they are doing: it feels like kids running around with scissors. I don't recommend to work for Nutanix even if the OTE seems high, what good is a high variable OTE if you can't sell the product because it cannot compete.

5 different managers in less than a year. One fired, one ran, others passed to another org 3 times. Company conducts quiet mass layoffs, not transparent at all.
