Terrible leadership, they're becoming Dell (as all senior leaderships positions are being filled by career Dell folks) and bringing sweeping layoffs with them. Anyone who stays is effectively told "get on board with our approach or leave."

Nutanix is a company that is overall very positive to work at. We have an incredible product and the market need is there; exacerbated by the Broadcom situation.
