Leadership hasn’t been able to make the tough decisions in a while and our success seems to be ins spite of ourselves at times. They are easy fixes, but we’ve been going in the wrong direction for a while now

The IAE role overlaps with SDR responsibilities but comes with a revenue quota and no ability to close deals, at the time I was there.
