Instead of finding opportunities you have to create your opportunities in a new hires territories. Great product positioning in the market but price has increased significantly over the last 4 years. CEO is great but I can't say the same about lower management.

High connect rate for phone calls due to the nature of the business. Positive changes from the top down over the last couple years have improved this place a lot. Team is supportive of each other.
