The market you get matters. New hires typically don't last longer than 2 years. Instead of finding opportunities you have to create your opportunities in a new hires territories. Great product positioning in the market but price has increased significantly over the last 4 years. CEO is great but I can't say the same about lower management.

Great compensation plan, good benefits, 4-day work week. Good products with good name recognition in the industry. High connect rate for phone calls due to the nature of the business. Positive changes from the top down over the last couple years have improved this place a lot. Team is supportive of each other.
