Good product. Strong awareness in the market. Well suited for enterprise customers. Competitors have caught up. More innovation needed. Leadership runs enterprise sales more like a commercial org. Very few acquisition AEs achieve quota (commercial or enterprise).

The culture was a mix between extremely toxic, but can also argue there was no culture. CEO notorious for being irrational. When they went public, best thing he could have done is said goodbye to his baby, but because it’s *personal to him, he couldn’t.
