Product is incredible but good reps are punished by carrying ridiculous quotas. Poor reps get away with low targets yet still miss the target. Certain reps will work renewals only. Too many reps covering the same territories. Marketing non existent Inbound leads non existent An SDR function that is a joke People in leadership positions with zero understanding of GTM A CEO who lives in a fantasy world

Overall I had a good experience at OPSWAT, mainly because of the people and my team. However, Sr. Leadership fosters a culture of fear, mistrust, & uncertainty. Turnover is really high.
